Music Website w/ Music Videos Making over $160 a month

    site is breakingmusicnews.com

    Had days in the summer where traffic was breeching over 2000 people a day, now its down to about 1/4 of that. Those days made around $10 a day in adsense.

    One reason why traffic is down, is the joomla component which rewrites the URL's can't handle so many and it causes a table with over 20+ thousand rows of mysql.

    The revenue is from text-link-ads a little over $100 and adsense revenue gives about $50-100

    BIN price: $2000

    Which Joomla component you are using. I use SEF components on all my Joomla sites and one site gets well over 20,000 uniques (140,000 page views) daily.

    I use SEF aswell. It went really good until the site started loading for 20 seconds for one page. I did lota diagnosis and it came to be because of the friendly links.

    I tried the newest version but site loads fastest and most user-friendly with the joomla urls. I pmed the proof of income to those who asked.

    How often do you update, how much work? Have you recieved any "cease and desist" letter for using copyrighted music on the site? Do you used text-link-ads or manual link sales?
