I have a question for users who are on pps %60 plan. Can you see download counts on your stats page?
I can see just 1 sale and 0 downloads. Please help

36 hours ago i upload with 30MB/s and now only 5MB/s, i upload many files and with 5MB/s i cant work with filesonic m8.
i need your 30MB/s back.

moving is not the problem, speed is the problem

btw: if i upload 2 files in same time i get 2MB/s each file -.-

 

No you can't see the download counts on stats page if you are on PPS plan. But you can see individual download counts from file manager, also by looking at playsonic points you can make an inference like for 100 downloads = 1 point so if your playsonic point is 153 then it means 1 sale (100 points for each sale) + 53,00 downloads [except for domain sales, its given 20 points].

Hey Hish I tried to upgarde my account to premium with earnings and it didnt seem like it went through I then tried again it said upgraded to premium. I then noticed I had been chaged for 2 month instead of one please could you take a month premium off my account and refund the 5 dollars?
