If you have money to spend, you could place ads on sites in your niche. I do not suggest you an animated ad. A simple link with the keyword you want to promote your site as an anchor text should be enought. Or if you want an image I recommend you text block over image (using css, it's quite simple)

In Singapore, it is selling well offline as they simply setup a push-cart store and promoting it. I can see lots of women buying it.

As for online, guess you will need to promote using Google Adwords, directory, social networking, forums, etc. But somehow I believe offline will be better for this business.

consider that products retain much more value in terms of impressions/re-marketing than print media (a flyer, for example or newspaper ad)

Also as someone else recommended, go for Groupon or LivingSocial. Be where your potential clients are and get noticed.
