FTP upload sucks

BTw it's not possible to add here http://www.filesonic.com/ftp a clean button even near pending and error files? you can only remove files with error clearing every file and for pending files you can't in any way and i think it's useful in case you upload a file twice to avoid to have more times the same file (you can't even delete the file from ftp immediately after you upload)

 

Dammit, I've lost $40 or $50 in the past 2 days due to download troubles my users encountered.
I'm on PPD so i don't care but due to the download problems my users bought 26 premiums from my links (yesterday and today) and they're still facing troubles downloading.
I do not feel confortable with that and my people will soon start avoiding my links if this isn't solved.

If your users are having download problems, please get them in touch with Hish or another person from our support team so we can help them resolve their issue.

 

Stats are counting fine, with no significant delay.

Yep, I checked personally and saw that stats are fully calculated, and FileSonic affiliate earnings are actually quite high overall.

does anyone have troubles REMOTE UPLOADING for ORON to FILESONIC?

over 10 minutes and it is pending..i bought an oron premium just for that...

This issue still there. happened in one ftp server.

 

Stats are down or is it just me?
For new day i have 0 downloads. Been like an hour?

 

ftp upload still slow, only 5MB/s, normal is 30MB/s for me.
on EU ftp -.-

 

i have a transfer from megaupload 10 hours ago that is still pending. time is money and i am losing it.
