what happens in case if you want refund and you use vcc ?

 

Point. He can send to your bank (If he's international client) or he can do manual bank trader if Indian.

 

i am asking abt refund for vcc that paid thru paypal for that vcc. where it goes if refund needed or its refunded ?

 

If you paid via PayPal then it will come back to PayPal...
And if directly via VCC without using PP then it goes to your bank.

 

Well it's like 3 days remaining instead of leaving your comments / questions / suggestions - please do that in the Paypal official blog. So that Paypal knows how many people are going to be affected from this change.

I am in touch with TLA and they requested to send over all login ids for India based accounts. You can pm me your login id if you wish them to notify of your account being India based. I will forward them your login id. They have said, they will work out some solution to pay up in line with paypal directive for India based accounts. Thanks.

We cant really predict what paypal is going to do! I will withdraw after 1st march, to be on the safer side!

 

just paid all hosting , domain renewals to be safer side

 

can we pay from our paypal balance for hosting ,domains fees? (indian PP account,effective march 1)

1.So we cannot do ANYTHING from our account balance except withdraw to our banks?

2.Also, can we receive money from CPA,PPC networks into our Paypal accounts?
