FileFactory DOESN'T want to pay

i have the same problem

 

Who reads the terms of service anyway? They should just list 5-10 things you shouldn't do in a comprehansible fashion. There will be less incidens like this one that way.

i'm a loyal FF user and i'm really happy working with
they give good amount for premium sales.
to me FF is trusty so i didnt request money since a month ago, i had 541 $ in my balance so i decided to request 241 $
yesterday i did, and thought Friday is allways payment day but seems that my request is still pending

could tell me plz why, cuz they always paid me on time?

How can you view/change your payment email?

 

I also have received payment some days after friday.. but they did pay.. so wait, I'm sure they will pay your earnings..
btw, you have good traffic from A and B countries.. why not trying filesonic.com ?
you can earn almost the same income with Pay per Sale plan in filesonic but I'm sure premium sales will convert better on filesonic.. and even you can join elite plan which you will get $12 per sale..
with pay per download, I'm sure you will earn much more at filesonic than filefactory too..

I just up premium. But FTP is very bad.

and still not payed and requested on 23rd Feb 2011
on wednesday - meaning I should have been payed after friday
well we will see until monday and I will write support ticket like last time after what I got payed
but it is no good if you always have to write tickets to be payed

 

how to write support ticket plz?

you will not need to write support ticket.. I had requested on 17 february, thursday.. I was expecting to be paid on 18 february but payment is processed on 21 february, monday.. so just wait for monday

here is the payment i got from them recently

 

no one got paid friday, it seems that since last week payments are made on monday ! will send them an email tomorrow to see if it's gonna be each monday or it's an exception

remote upload is working again
