Hi.. Today morning I've got a big problem in my PayPal account.. I've premier account in PayPal. When I logged into my PayPal account, PayPal asked to me to change the password and security questions and I changed my password and security question.. Then it took me to my account page. There was message stating "Your account access is limited". When I clicked on the resolution centre, it listed me to the do the following actions 1. Update security questions 2. change password and 3. confirm your credit card. I've completed 1st and 2nd task once again.. But for the third task, I've never attached credit card before. It asks me to attach credit card but I don't have a credit card. I've my father's ATM cum debit card. Will I be able to use my Father's ATM cum Debit card to solve the third case?? Please help me soon... Is there anyone who know PayPal's Contact number (I am in INDIA).. So that I can speak with him and I can get my PayPal issues soon.. Regards
I'm not sure but I think you need to have a card in your name. Oh, you're in India? I've heard Paypal did give people in India a very hard time. I think you should look for another payment-solution.
You can call them free using skype and for skype number search through this forum. You need to call them after 8 pm (IST) IMO. DON.

Anybody who is having any limitation problem on paypal accounts may contact me if he need any sort of help..
Glad that both of you able to restored your limited pp accounts. Phone call support is way too faster in compare to their email support so always prefer that way IMO. DON.
