    I would have some questions.

    Is this script avaialble somewhere on the Internet? If yes, do you have rights to sell it? If no, was it written by you or some freelancer?

    How easy is to alter the script? Does it use any framework? Does it use php classes/functions or just a bunch of poorly written codes? How easy is to modify the front-end?

    the script is from scriptteen and its very easy to alter the codes. surely it use php classes and functions.
