Hi i want to transfer money from my brothers account to my account without any paypal charges because it's a plain transfer and no service or good included. but when i try to transfer there are only 3 options like good, service and ebay and for all these paypal charges fee. so what is a way to transfer money with no fee for Indian people.
    Thanks

If you have a verified Premier/business PayPal you can send Mass payment. You can find Mass pay option under "Send Payment" tab. Don't look at "Good, Services & Ebay". It's on top right under the "send payment" tab.

You will however, have to pay $1 Fee to send a mass payment.

Disguised@ You're correct and gave the best On Topic answer.. Because there on other way..

Paypal charge 2.9%+0.30$ fee if you're getting payment in india from indian paypal accounts & International payments are subject to 3.9%+0.30$ fee (Upon Receiving) flat.

Only those who've upgraded their account to either Premier or Buissness can send payment as a MASS PAY .. Personal account holders can't.

So In short we could say that there is no way out.. Except american and other countries where this policy does not apply on transactions.
