anyway you have very nice article directory site too

 

Standard design..try something diferrent. If you have budget, buy premium template or maybe you can try to make it with Joomla..and then start to re-design.

You have a good content, but your layout is very2 oldschool. Better if you make change your blog design.

There are millions sites like this. You should create a unique ideas around it for better result. Perhaps more compelling and uniques articles helps.
