I want to improve my English skills, so I decided to visit the USA to stay there for few months. I would like to visit some place where are nice people and beautiful nature. What place would you recommend me?

    Thanks.

I am australian and have been to america a few times. I dont want to generalise as you get good people and bad people everywhere in the world, but I have gotten the impression that people are friendly in the south, as long as you don't go too far south... I think around the caronlinas and colorado are good. And have amazing scenery also.

As far as friendly people, I'd say the South. You mentioned nature. The Ozarks of Arkansas are great. Hell, come on down to Oxford, MS. There are LOTS of international students here and lots of them like to go camping. We sometimes go to Sipsey, AL and sometimes just out to Lake Sardis. w3bmaster is right about the Carolinas, but I'd stick to NC. It has better beaches and mountains. SC is mostly flat and swampy with bugs. NYC is a good vacation, but don't expect many people to talk to you if you don't throw out some dollars. If you look around and decide to choose Oxford, send me an email or PM and I'll send you some info on hotels and bed&breakfasts. :)

This is very rare, that you wanna improves your english so you visit America :) You can even hire an American teacher in your country and try practicing your english skills.... lol !!!
If you ask me for a perfect american accent and improve english, I would suggest you to go and find some local job in cities like NY or CA, you will have lot of opportunities to improve your skills.

Depends on which region you are visiting. Every part has some remarkable sights. The key is to join a group so that you meet a bunch of new friends at each of the places that you visit. Try Couchsurfing or a Meetup Group. Both would be thrilled to have travelers join them and will also help mingle with the locals.

You have to visit New York, because it's a wonderful city which never sleeps. There are a lot of places to see here, just Central Park is an awesome one.

I've never been to the US, if I ever was to plan a trip there I'd definitely visit California, Las Vegas, New York, and Miami. May be a few other places if I had the time.
