Indians only please ! Which banks in India offer debit card to children ?

    Hello all,
    Iam a student of 16 years and there is more two years left for me to get a debit card.
    Because of PayPal's idiotic terms and conditions made for Indians, i seriously need a debit card to pay for my blogging and hosting charges.
    As iam junior now they wont offer me debit card.
    So I created this thread to know from Indians that Which banks in India offer debit card to children ?
    Please help me, my hosting is gonna expire within 10 days.

    I guess you can get it from any bank. :) And if they don't open your personal then get one joint with your father.
    Or get a student account. In all accounts you will get a Debit card.

    The banks are

    State bank of india
    ING Vysysa bank
    City union bank
    IDBI bank

    here you can get a student card without any hesitation. Check for HDFC also previously they are also issuing but for all bank account your father or guardian should sign the account opening forms

    You can not make payment to foreign businesses using PayPal or other foreign payment processors / gateways using debit cards issued by Indian banks. So forget debit cards and instead look for an add-on card on one of your parents' primary credit card. If that is not an option, you can look for businesses based in India whom you can pay in Indian Rupees.
