The banks are State bank of india ING Vysysa bank City union bank IDBI bank here you can get a student card without any hesitation. Check for HDFC also previously they are also issuing but for all bank account your father or guardian should sign the account opening forms
CUB offers a good program for kids, you must clarify how old your children/the children. the specified that they offer a visa debit for college students, and the account automatically upgraded when they become 18. at present they offering some bonuses.its called young india and junior india. pl contact near by branch or go online at http://www.cityunionbank.com/home/youngindia.html and http://www.cityunionbank.com/home/junior_india.html Thanks SL//
You can not make payment to foreign businesses using PayPal or other foreign payment processors / gateways using debit cards issued by Indian banks. So forget debit cards and instead look for an add-on card on one of your parents' primary credit card. If that is not an option, you can look for businesses based in India whom you can pay in Indian Rupees.
