On my old website.. Adsense made quite alot per click (3 USD+)
But on my new website it is only making around 0.20 if I am lucky
Any one know why this is?

20 cents a click is good. Anyway, perhaps your new site has a lower value ads.

Try using some keywords with high KEI in your new niche. Your old niche looks good with $ 3 + per click. :) Can you share your old and new niche please.

    What's KEI?

My old website was about PSP homebrew.. When I first got a PSP, but then loads of PSP Homebrew websites came out and I wanted to change it :D

My new website is links to tv shows I found on youtube and dailymotion and most of the ads say 'download tv shows' or 'watch internet tv'

    Use Google: KEI.
Click cost really depends on niche. 20 cents per click is good, $3+ is very good! 1 cent per click is worse :D.

So is there a limit to ads on sites? What can you do for not to be smart priced then?

mmm well thet way i resloved it was by removing the ads from the low paying sites, it works the same though if you remove it from low paying pages. ;-)

plus no limits per site certain rules but you can add it to as many as you like, however you will lose money, if the site performs badly compared to other sites on your account

So you would suggest focusing on the sites that seem to do better? or what?

Each site is going to perform differently. Focusing on the best paying sites is a decent idea, but IMO it's always good to diversify.

In the ideal world you would have a separate adsense acc for each site, however you need to register each as a separate company or somthing check TOS ;?)

If I had $3 per click I would be earning at least $1,800 daily. 20 cents per click is very good.

    I wish I get avg .20 clicks
Pray your average on your old site to stay up cause smark pricing may kill that one too
