    Oh happy day...I finally decided to pony up for a 6 month FS premium acct. Paypal...login...whoa...nice fast downloads. I go for a beer and log back in and can only get on with a free acct. Been working on a response Tried fileserve supports "contact us" but only crickets???? Finally, filed a dispute with paypal and am getting ready to go with my cc and Cali BBB...would much rather have my premium back.

    Read about hacked accts, etc. in the last 20 pages or so and am throwing myself at the mercy of the all knowing DP board to show me the path to enlightenment. Any idea what's going on? Do I need to drop the dispute to get the premium back? Why was I kicked in the first place? DP board...you're my only hope....

    @ roninracing: We would rather you close the dispute so we can reinstate you. We have done that with many users, so it's just a sign of a bit of trust and we will do that favour for you. I can go to the length of doing it for you even though that's not my job.

    @ CinaySebeke: Can't do anything about it :). 3 weeks buddy..3 weeks ;)

    it's 2-3 months that we wait...
    see december post...and january too...
    we had talk for a new filemanager and wait it...but...
    the new failmanager it's only a speed grow of 10% or less and now...same the other months...filemanager sucks...
    bow ther is the lag problem too...and some other...

    cookie? it's normal a site take 2-3 min to charge becouse there is a cookie?


    i'm boring and i wait too much for say that fileserve really sucks...

    stats it's not live....
    we can't control nothing
    stats for download file it's same random...

    omg a disaster

    @ happyhappy: Your short term memory must fail. File manager was running smoothly with no complaints in our email inbox or on here besides CinaySebeke + a few others, up until a week ago when we started migrating new tweaks that will make everything run more smoothly.

    Ricky filemanager run slow for me since 6 month ;)

    its runs slower ans slower when i upload more and more files on FS.
    thats not a problem by my pc or internet connection thats a bug in our filemanager.
    u dont believe us becouse u dont have files on FS.
    log u in a acc with more then 40000 files and look the speed is slow for u too.

    u are suppor we are the users, u must believe us, we dont talk bullshit.

    it's slow...

    when i charge a site in 1-2 min or 2-3 min it's the same

    it's too much slow to work !!!

    i open a dir in file manager...ok it go in 1 min...
    i return in the root omg...it recharge...another min...
    then i open another dir...sometimes it go but sometimes i recharge all...for 2-3-4 min

    consider that i use a private 100mbit line in house !!!!!
    i think noone have this similar speed in home...then you cant say it's a problem of my line

    i use a pc with an i7

    it's not a pc problem

    this is from 3-4-5-6 months....
    this is too much...

    not considering that ftp is the slower of the other company...
    and some bugs...like upload a directory and go in filemanager and see 2-3-5-6 directory with the same name ...some with 1-2 gile some with 3-4

    don't consider the stat frozen

    don consider that we can know and control who donwload and if the stats it's real !!!!!!
    in for example filesonic we can try a download and we can see if filesonic coun or not it !!!

    and i not talk about speed when downloaders open a page for a link.....

    @ xd7777: Maintenance work is causing "slow downs". Can't do anything. As long as we can serve the users with the adequate speeds we will bite the sour end of the apple for now. It will be better very soon.
