there are certain sites that offer shorting of urls.. Mostly bloggers use this service to shorten their blogspot adress into some short and easy adress..
so he is asking that weather it is according to google policies to redirect your url or not.............
i think that is the question?????

You can place your adsense ads in the url shortner site. Until and unless it would be filled by the unacceptable blocked content according to the TOS of Google.

 

WOW, he just got banned in front of my eyes. One moment I saw his name was green and the next moment (well in new tab) it turned red and he got banned. I never seen this incident before.

He might have been promoting his link in that thread but was he promoting in this thread?
