I change my Internal link url structure does it effect my keyword ranking in google and how much time it take to index my new url.

Changing URLs without implementing 301 redirects for each change will wreak havoc on your rankings.

Agree with everybody - 301 redirect must be put in place to avoid a drop in rankings. Although not all page rank is passed through a 301.

 

Neha I think you are correct, but i don't know very much about 301 redirection work. so please tell when and how we can use it and howz it work.
