If you have funds in your paypal then you can go with www.namedeal.com but for verifying your papypal you need a debit or credit. you can try with names.com or namecheap.com

Namecheap is good domain registrar, using it for last 1 year. Great support.

I personally don't like godaddy or namecheap. Something about their system keeps rejecting my payments. Name.com has been pretty reliable for me.

The only reason I like Godaddy is because of their Danica Patrick photos and ads. I kid.
They often have certain "sales" (read small font in case) for coupons or sometimes $1 per domain things.

    No actual newbie support tho.
If you want a good service with great service, sometimes free started 1-on-1's check out forums.dpbloghost.com and post a thread there. Forum is new.
Other than that, I'd use 1&1

.coms are only $8.88 along with .net and .org - .in domain names are currently only $5.55! Also, all domain names have free privacy protection.

I think the perfect registrar you are looking for is Namecapsule.com

The .com, .net and .org registration is only $6.98 plus with free privacy protection while in Godaddy, its $11.99 without privacy protection.

Paypal is also the primary payment method accepted at Namecapsule.

Better go for godaddy.com... This is best one you will ever get. If you are Indian and want to register from Indian site the go to hosting.india.to you will get it for cheap. I've registered my domain TECHWHIZZ from india.hosting.to itself.

    It really depends on individual.

For GoDaddy, there is sales funnel for you to go through after buying a domain name
    (when compared to Namecheap)

Both can get discount coupon for some saving on your investment cost.

On the other hand, it may take slightly a longer time for Namecheap to point to our nameserver (compared to GoDaddy)
