Oh God no! Let me try for the last time: The content is not PLR. Whoever sold you this has taken you for a ride. You cannot do anything with the content other than share it with original attribution to the author. No you cannot put your name as author because once again, it is not PLR. What you are doing is outright plagiarism and nothing else.
