    I need HDFC Easyshop International Debit card, i am non indian and live outside india need HDFC Easyshop International Debit card for creating vcc, anybody can help, please pm me with the price

    You can deal with a card/bank acc holder, but you can not get a card unless u r not an indian or not having bank account. If anyone can attempt to do so, its illegal and can be jailed for misusing of banking facilities. Do you know, if you ever ordered an ATM debit card, that company asks you an identity like passport copy and residential proof..???!!!,

    you may tie-up with a bank account holder and get VCC thru him. that is the good method.

    HDFC bank debit cards are provided to only those who have a bank account with HDFC bank, who are legitimate residents of India or who have a legal permit to reside in India, So you be assured, you cannot get a HDFC bank debit card, it is not like a prepaid card which can be applied online.
