Hi duckload i have been waiting my uploader premium account for 5 days

is anyone else having issues with download counts. For every download it goes up , then drops by 1 or two , so i make some money but then loose it or even more - the more people that download the more money i loose

 

my downloads are increasing however my earnings is stuck at 0.01$ i am still waiting my earnings to increase i sent a message to support centre but there is no reply yet

 

hey i have recently joined duckload.com and yesterday approximately 7 people downloaded files through my links but duckload has counted only two rated downloads.
why?
all of them were unique...today again one person downloaded two files but no rated downloaded counted.
its discouraging for a new user!

I wrote many times here and to support, but
always without answer.

The problem is from my USA server. But from EU server it works fine.
Anyway it should be fixed, but no one tried it I guess.

1_Are you going to solve ftp issues? i can not upload any files (there is no problem with other hosts) i am not talking about INCREDIBLY FAST SPEED as you have mentioned at your homepage i just ask when i will be able to upload files without any error?

2_You have written at the first page, for forums.digitalpoint users you will be given premium accounts. is that true? if it is how many days do i need to wait for your answer?

3_Do you really have a support centre? if so how many emails do i need to send to get any reply? if you do not have a support centre i can do that job for you $200 per month.


I am not expecting you to answer these 3 questions. but even if you answer one of them it could be good beginning for you.

Our development is working on the problems with ftp and also on the errors.

1. Like i said few posts before, i forwarded it to the development and they'll fix it as fast as possible.

2. I upgraded your account, and it can take up to 7days till i upgrade accounts, because that isn't the most important thing to do at our support.

3. Yes we have a support centre, which doesn't work on weekend so at monday and tuesday we get all the mails of the weekend, you should get a answer yet.

EDIT: All user which got the FTP problem, could you send me following information via pm; IP, OS, Client(FTP) and the Time when you tried to connect.

 

Me too i have a pending with AlertPay. You stop pay by alertpay?

i am facing problem in rated download counts.out of my 12 unique downloads, system is counting just 1.whats the problem behind it?

 

We just get some problems with alertpay at the moment, we're working to fix them as fast as possible to provide the payments.

We only count one download per ip within 24 hours, that could be the reason.
