The server still have problems.
My files upload via FTP still can not be fully downloaded~
Downloads can be started, but the download process always encounter problems,leading to failed downloads~
And download failed, free users can not continue to download in a very long time.
Site shows: "Your IP address is currently downloading a file.Please wait till the download process is completed."~

MORE FUCKING SERVER PROBLEMS. This is fucking ridiculous. How can you have so many damn problems with your servers? Can't get downloads/sales if the servers are always having problems. You seriously need to fire your entire IT department.

Maybe they are making some upgrades to the servers or something... Hope everything will be allright...

 

On the weekend? I highly doubt it. Seems every weekend there are problems. Clearly the server crashed and since it was on a Saturday they won't have it fixed until Monday morning. Quite disgraceful on managements part to not have someone at least on call. This is an Alexa top 500 site and it's run like a unknown startup.

Pornbb.org again banned uploading.com starting March 1st. That didn't last long... but to be fair, they banned all but 5 hosts.

It's more than 48 hrs that I pmed him & more than 12 hours that I created this ticket! If it's not answered soon, I should better move on to some other hosting.

 

That is absolutely false. Our support team works and replies to support requests during the weekend also. All tickets are answered within one business day.

This is bad news, though we will continue working on unbanning our service on resources.

We stated multiple times that the fastest way to get a reply is submit a ticket, in this case we have all information about your account, etc. PMs are not to be replied within 1 day.

Our technical team has been aware about the situation and has been working on the resolution.

 

Select uploading.com is a fatal mistake! Your server have problems of varying degrees every day!

 

Pornbb was (probably) bought by oron so this can be difficult

What about the payments? When you gonna start paying?

 

Payments have been slow lately (around 7-10 days from request) but I am still receiving them.

 

We have already started processing the payouts according to the request queue. We apologize for this delay once again. Soon all requests should be complete.

You are risking to lose us uploaders every other day. I am also thinking about changing the file host now... :-(

 

OMG still nothing happens, I couldn't upload anything today and half of my uploaded files cannot be downloaded... And the support doesn't even reply... Can't believe you've been here few years already and having so big problems like you were just starting... Uploading = Big fail!!!
