What's the fastest you've gone from 0 to profitable?

What's the fastest time you went from buying a new domain to making decent/good money with it?

 

I really hate posting stuff like this because everyone wants to argue and call you a liar but 30 minutes. 2 weeks later I was pushing $5,000 / week. This was in 2001 and it was actually $0 investment because I used freehosts. I've done the $0 to profit in the same day many times since on various stuff.

Add some usefull content (articles, tips and etc) on your forum and make some promotion via press release and paid banners on other sites

Depends on the service you choose to park on, if you park on Sedo or similars for sure you will not get more than just pennies a month.

 

It took 2 days to post my site, 4 to display adSense ads, and I made 8$ in the first adsense day! So I guess 1 week to profit. If after a month of business profit = revenue - hosting - ads (if any) - domain name

I have a q: how a parked domain is making revenue if it is not a very easy type in? and is a fresh site!?

 

I made $10,000 in 24 hours. Launched a new membership site and had a few people email there lists about it. Sold out within 24 hours. This was in March this year.

Site took me about 4 hours to make. Stuff inside the membership was all outsourced, so that didn't take anytime for me to develop.

...and no...I won't be letting you know what site.

Also started another membership site in May 2006 and made about $9,000 with it in 24-36 hours. Same process was used, different type of content inside the membership thou.

Ever since 9/22 of this year ive made $1,200 and spent 20 dollars for 3 websites with hosting.

 

It took me 2 years before I was making enough money so that I could finish my full time job where I was earning over £300 per week.

In this 2 year frame, I had learn't how to write html, php, sql, learn't marketing, affiliate programs, etc.

Before the 2 years before I quit my job, I didn't know nothing about affiliate programs, internet marketing, how to produce a website, etc.

Now I have been doing all this for just over 4 years and am happy that I turned to the internet for my income and full time job.
