Why I Received half Payment (refund Issue) ?

    i think this fees is too much, paypal will never take this type of fees

    sign up for paypal micro payments account instead, its for transactions less than $12, fees are much smaller. or get your buyers to buy via personal > gift

    That's a transaction fee.
    Next time ask the buyer send you the money "as gift" to avoid the charge

    it probably paid by CC so fee is high. Next time u better ask pay as mass pay
