Mp4 videos site for sale - running on Greg-J's Flickscript

I am putting up http://www.mymp4clips.com for sale. It runs Greg's script.

I bought the site a couple of months ago here:

I wanted to get the site redesigned and gave a DP member the job. He ended up screwing up the site without taking a backup (and I did not have one either). Eventually, I went with Greg and paid him $170 for the script (including installation). I have not uploaded any videos yet. Buyer will get the site, the domain, membership to greg's forum and his licence. Unfortunately, I dont have any videos to give to the buyer, but these can easily be bought on DP and many other forums.

The site is in the top 5 on google for 'mp4 clips' and is no. 1 on Yahoo for that keyword. It was in the top 10 on google for 'mp4 videos' but has slipped to the 5th page due to the changes. The site can easily be got to the top 10 again with a little tlc

Mp4 videos are a nice niche market to be in as it can only grow with Cellphones, IPod and PSP etc. all using them. I am sure you'll know enough about mp4 (MPEG-4) videos but just in case you don't you can find more info here:

The site has an Alexa ranking of 432828 and a Google Pagerank of 3.

Let me know what is your best offer via PM or by posting it here after you have had time to go through the above. I have put in excess of $500 so I dont wish to sell below that price as I am sure you can understand.

Having said that, I want to sell this site at the earliest so that it does not lose much of its ranking so I wont mind negotiating a bit. Btw, the site was earning more than $20/month through Adsense when its old site was online.

Can you put the stats somewhere where I don't have to wait 30 seconds? Why are they PDF? It all looks fishy.

 

SiCK - I think you've gone sick in the head. What do you mean by it 'all looks fishy'?

The files are posted in pdf format cuz I have posted entire stats which are over 15 pages in 3 files. I cannot post 15 screenshots here and that is why I have created pdf files. All you need to do is click. The 30 second wait is cuz the site hosting my files is free and they want you to see their ads. If you dont have the time, dont wait!

You could have easily sent me a PM saying that you wanted those files by email and I would've sent them to you, but instead you chose to comment 'it all looks fishy' (cuz that was the easier thing to do).

Please THINK before you make such stupid comments and tarning someone's reputation.
