Hello, this week I invest my time on creating a spanish blog and a support forum for webmasters. However, know I do not want to do.. i lose the point The site that I design is puntodigital.org and the forums are at foro.puntodigital.org The main problem is that I never have forums before, I mean I just work for my clients. What have to do a blogger and forum manager in order to get more visitors and have a good pagerank. It is something difficult for me, I really can not post hounders of threads and blogs entrys and be only one in the site. My final question is, ¿What does a person when set up a forum or a blog? I apologuize for my bad english, i never finish my english lesons. Hope you can help me

Are you trying to make a forum? If so, ask friends (or pay people) to post on the forum because if the forum looks empty, no one will join. Don't waste your money advertising an empty forum.
Start of with thinking of social networks and then go bigger for the SEO. You should check out some tutorials on YT about internet marketing and the SEO Wheel. It will help you!
invite some friends to join your forum, then make some post.. Then you can start to advertise your forum, maybe using Twitter, etc
There are many methods that you can use to promote a site like this. You need to read around and then concentrate on a few methods. It takes time to learn but you will get there in the end.
I just visited the forum. You need to have more activity before people will want to post there, you have too many sub-forums - having a lot of sub-forums with little activity puts people off from joining, also you might want to consider making it an English language forum since you're cutting off a huge potential audience by having it in Spanish.
There's 2 ways to do it. Either you optimize your site for the search engines or you buy paid traffic to it. Whichever is more convenient to you.

don't buy links, find them. go to blogs and other forums and put your site name in your signature or blog comment. Then they become links to your site when you comment. These make google like your site. Also, build content in your site (meaning write about stuff that is helpful), google likes this too. Lastly, understand that this will take you hundreds of hours before it maybe becomes successful. If your willing to keep going though, it could become awesomely successful, but you have to learn SEO!
