I always try to bring balance to an argument.
And frankly, I am sick of GNU Project proponents and small time developers spouting nonsense about Microsoft to big themselves up.
Sure, Microsoft ain't perfect, but the way some people make it, you would think they are producing toys for a two year old.
I love Firefox, especially the extensions as I can have everything I want for work and play all in one spot. But, that doesn't mean I think IE sucks, or is shit. I always keep an open mind. I always test every browser that comes out, so I can make proper comparisons and make sure that I have the best one.

Last year, Firefox had a massive problem with plugin containers. It caused me so many freezes and shutdowns, especially when Java or media related contents are involved. They eventually solved it in the next few updates. But funny thing is, none of it made the press. You have to wonder why only IE/Microsoft gets the media bashing for every little screw ups they make.

I wish I knew what the heck you were talking about but I'm not sure you know either.
So you consider Microsoft's PR publication a higher authority than my link, from a recognized authority and expert in the field? Ha! And then you say you think that link is me? You didn't even bother to look at my second link.
WHAT DOES HE SAY OR CLAIM?! Absolutely nothing! And you praise it!
No you didn't! You gave me a link to Microsoft's PR department! Not the industry, fool.
You can't even read who wrote that, much less realize who Paul Rouget is.

I gave you a challenge and, as I said, you failed at it. You are unable to give ANY link to ANY source that shows IE9 has more features than Firefox or Chrome. ONE! You can't do it cause it can't be done! Yet you continue on slurping up what Microsoft tells you to think in face of the bold facts outlined in front of you: IE9 will be the worst browser on the planet! And you have NO way of proving otherwise.

Oh? Then tell us, did you test SVG in IE8? How did that go for you? What about canvas? Are you happy with IE's support for XHTML? How about the DOM? Javascript? What about flexbox? That should keep you busy for a while. I've got more! With some detail, tell us how your test went, and I'll then tell you the reality of it.

Microsoft dumped Microsoft Live Spaces and replaced it with WordPress. Are you saying Microsoft's WordPress is lame?

Not only does IE9 provide a bad experience for web browsers alike, but it has no intentions in fully supporting HTML5 for quite some time. So for the sake of a better internet experience, please use ANYTHING but Internet Explorer please :)

    ..........

    No, you're saying it.
I'm just pointing out that a respectable organization will not base their site on a WP theme. lol.
And again, keep everything in a single post. Stop this post jacking. It's silly.

I didn't realise that there is a winner and a loser here. Anyway, another great, balanced article that I hope you, in your hysterical state, can attempt to absorb (ps: I chose one from your favorite WP theme, as you seem to consider them more reliable)

Can you keep your responses in one post?
As an informed consumer, we always test new products that comes out in the market. Do you deny this simple fact?
And you really shouldn't talk about reality Dr. Hysteric, cause you clearly do not have a good grasp of it.

Me too, I have installed Internet Explorer 9 thinking it is better than the older version although I'm using Firefox too but I'm just disappointed with the outcome.

I don't like IE, either. IE is slow and ugly. Chrome is good; it runs very fast with simple user interface. I mainly use Chrome.

I use FireFox but for email testing i use IE, IE64 and chrome.

i have to say, 'm impress with chrome as i found that Firefox take too much memory in my win7 64.

I think the IE lost with Version 6 a lot of credit, but right now with the IE9 they are going a new way. Firefox uses in my opinion to much RAM.

Erm wow people really getting quite silly about this tread now aint they, who cares, use what you like.

I use IE if I only want to do something quick cos Firefox takes so long to load in the first place. But on the other hand any long periods of use I find firefox is better, for developing sites I find firefox is best then to go back and make any fixes cos IE decides it wants to read it different to every other browser available.

All browsers have their advantages and disadvantage but no need to get in such a heated discussion about it and be blatently rude to each other, because you dont agree with each other, how old are you?
