    I purchased a 2 day account to day via credit and only after I payed it said I had entered a competition that will charge my card 4 a week. I DO NOT WANT TO BE IN THIS COMPETITION!!

    Please tell me how I can cancel this!!

    ftp upload always fail

    upload a file with size more than 300M, when the uploading rate arrived 100%, auto-restart and reupload AGAIN and AGAIN
    I got crazy


    one more thing, please consider to improve the remote upload page, e.g. filesonic can review the upload status and whether our upload link is still valid or not. we cannot do anything in duckload



    when remote and ftp can't be easily handled on upload work, how to promote frequently?
