PayPal Alternatives

Discussion in 'Payment Processing' started by cheesee, Feb 16, 2011.

Can someone please suggest me some PayPal Alternatives(other sites like Alertpay)? My PayPal account has been limited, and I called them. They told me that they decided to close my account for a "business decision" and to use another payment processor. I'm really angry with PayPal, and don't want to use a site, that would treat it's users like that anyways. Horrible customer service. I will add positive rep to users with posts that help me.

Depends on what country you belong to as all payment processors don't support few countries.

You can either go for Moneybookers or PayPal but they aren't as widely used as PayPal. PayPal is the largest payment method online but it sucks sometimes and leaves no choice except never to go back again.

In the UK you can use Nochex, but it only works in the UK with UK cards.

Alertpay is considered to be a best alternative to Paypal... Their services are also pretty fine... But other one I'd like to suggest you is Moneybookers... Moneybookers is now becoming popular in those countries in which PayPal is not supported...

AlertPay is the first alternative to PayPal, but it is not very much popular. If you need to get ACH withdrawals to banks in the US, it is more useful to you. MoneyBooker's ACH withdrawals are time taken.

    There is also Liberty Reserve.

They have very low fees, but it's hard to get money there as you need to go through exchanger because they don't offer direct deposit to LR account.
Also you have to be careful when using LR because all transactions are final and there is no way of getting your money back once it has been sent to another account.
