Contest $100 Header/Banner design contest

Greetings

So I'm looking to have my website redesigned and I'm running across some complications with my designer. They have not been able to produce a design I'm comfortable with for a custom WordPress theme.

My current site is located here

Now the design concept was based off of this site

I asked the team to create me a custom image that conveys the message "We will bring targeted traffic to your doors" & "We take local marketing to a new level"

As you can see I'm not happy with the look they provided. I need a clean and functional design that presents the proper image. I love the site but I want a original look and feel that will be unique to my company.

The banner size is 1000 x 441

 

I looked last night for quite awhile for graphics for this design, would you be opposed to something a little different from your examples but that would convey your message and look good on your site?

hello CH, here is my entry

I took hot balloons as the substituents, each gas balloon refers to a new online business ..the concept is that, the businesses that come for your advertising and SEO products will have a huge popularity in no time. They get more traffic and best out there..

Hope you like my work, I have done this cause , having buildings is a common thing.. LoL, just my openion



It just a mockup with just gray scale... If u accept this concept , ill give the coloring in web 2.0 style and can make some modifications like adding more people etc..so that it will be ready for your site..
