Need help my PayPal get limited after a year and half

Hi,
The story is I live in overseas, I opened an US PayPal account around 2years ago and confirmed with virtual bank account and VCC. because many shops and ebay sellers are only sells item to US PayPal account. and I need all items in US (the company that I work with).
It was working fine till the VCC expired, I tried to buy another VCC from same guy that I bought before off here, but he took the money and gone. then I bought a $10 or something like that from a website that people said off here. but after put the new VCC on first purchase on Newegg my PayPal get limited

What they want is:

for the location I can get a virtual phone line or give a friend number, but I don't know what can do about the two others

Please give me any suggestion if it's ever possible to lift the limit? and is it possible?
I don't mind to spend $200 - $300 if can get a working account or lift this limit?

Your account has been monitored for the location you are using the paypal account access and now paypal asking for the credibility of the account. There is no way to lift the ban unless you produce the entire document as they request and it is not possible with since you are using virtual authoring. It is better to open a new US based account and solve the issue of e-bay.

 

I would also suggest that don't verify your paypal through VCC ... because you won't be able to submit vcc documents when paypal acc limited ..

 

but I can add a new CC to the account, it's not gonna helps?

Guys have you read the story? I'm outside of US, how can I get a valid CC inside US?

I understand the concern, I was recommending you to open a new paypal account through US proxy and verify the same with new a cheap VCC .I was highlighting not to spend time to lift the limits in your old account since you have no documents with you to submit for.Paypal will not lift the limit unless you provide the documents they have asked. So close that account. Now I know you are staying outside the US and you need a US based account.You need to open a new account through US proxy and verify the account using US proxy. Try to make first purchase through US based proxy only. Once everything is fine you can have normal account access from anywhere in the world.

I know should use proxy, and that's why I was using proxy, the suspended me because of the VCC that I used! I guess their system found that out. FYI I was using that account for more than 2 years with same US IP.

Please anyone if know any way to get a reliable US account please let me know as I desperately need an US account.

you guys are thinking too much into this.... just get a scanned copy of any bank statement/credit card statement and then photoshop your info into it. for the confirm credit card, what do they want? to charge it 2 amounts or just something else scanned?

 

That's a good idea, but unfortunately I've deleted the card number that the guy sent me to my email, how about confirm it with a new VCC ? is that possible? as I can put a new CC in the account.

I would not suggest the OP commit fraud. My PayPal account was limited a few months ago but in my case I had the information they wanted. If your company is in the US and you ship your purchases to the US then why not use a US based account in your company name?

 

It's not my company, it's the company that I work with! it's a datacenter!

Anyway to open a new US PayPal account for someone from overseas?

 

to the op, yes i've done it (change the cc on the account) you can call paypal and say you no longer have that card, it was lost/stolen, and then give them a new credit card

to datashack, the OP has already been fraudulent by creating a paypal account with fake/inaccurate information, or in the lease violated tos

luckily I have never had to create fake pp accounts before with fake info......but ive read a lot of forums, ebooks, and helped peeps with similar probs.

 

Okay guys here is what happened, this guy INDIAN123 told me that he can help me with lifting the limitation, so I trusted him and gave him access via Teamviewer, he was talking to the PayPal techs for 3 hours, finally he lifted the limits but the last moment what he did is transfered the fund to his account and closed the account!! but I was lucky that PayPal didn't transfered to his account and emailed that will deposit into the bank account! then the guy get really angry!! I believe the guy wanted to scammed me. there is no excuse to transfer the fund to own account and closing the account.he done the last part so quickly!!

so I called PayPal, and described the the situation to them.they were very helpful and accepted, then they didn't deposit it into the invalid account and made a deposit to my other PayPal account. but unfortunately I've lost the account because of the fraud guy and they said couldn't recover the account.

How can tell digitalpoint forum about this guy, because he can scam more people?

and do you guys know any trusted VCC and Virtual Bank Account in US. so I can open a new account?
