I am not a GURU but i can assure u that your Blog is very good and the adsense placement is almost perfect.
just keep up adding new content and keep reviewing of the performance of ad blocks

I believe you still need to work on the ad formats and their placement. though spot selection is fine, but ads should gel with your website's design and style.

Your blogs premium real estate is still not fully utilized as your top right side bar and footer are empty which attract the highest no of clicks. It need some more work.

They are okay, but I would like you to change the background to match the placement and add another one next to it you have room.

Your ads have perfect positions and sizes, and manage to be noticeable while not annoying.
The only thing I don't like about your site is the orange color of the drop down menu. I'd make it Googley blue if I were you. Easier on the eyes, and it's a more neutral color.

Great blog, great placement, site looks really clean, I might do a bit of split testing with the ads but overall I like it, only other blog I subscribe to is starblogger, but I'm signing up to yours as well
