    Absolutely.

Twitter does not like bulk unfollow.
They forced social oomph to take it off their system.

You have to be careful with these automated tools.
If you are too aggressive you will get your account suspended.

    There are basically 2 approaches
1 - Tweet adder has mild default settings to keep you as safe as possible.
2- Tweet attacks has a separate 'automatic twitter account creator' program to help you open multiple accounts.

Automation could get your account banned easily if not done smartly. Tweet adder has features that would let you follow automate by setting time delay between follows and the number of follows as well.

i dont follow more than 150 users a day and unfollow max of 250 profiles.

    cheers

I've been suspended for aggressive following: I had followed 1 or none person and being followed by 400 people.
But that is the reason they gave to me.
    Next account :D

Log a ticket with Twitter supprot and tell them that it was done in error and you were not aware of the policy. i have been banned before and they warned me and lifted my ban also.

    cheers

Sure, you should at least try.
I did a support ticket once and never got anywhere with them.

Besides aggressive follow and unfollow too many tweets will also get you suspended, especially if you are obviously there for a commercial reason.

I would not put much hope into a support ticket.
"next account" is probably the best attitude.

Tweet adder also lets you export a list of your followers.
If you have a great account, you would be well advised to make a list at least once a week.
Then if you get suspended you could at least start to follow the same people you had before.

My twitter account is up to 39,600 as of this post - all from non-automated means. I've tried to set up other accounts using automated methods and extremely aggressive following and in the beginning - you're sure to get yourself suspended. I would recommend hand picking people who follow back, follow 200-300 people/day, unfollow the same # once you hit the initial 2k limit, and then increasing your add/delete slowly as you gain followers.

If you set your un-follow functions to un follow Twitter profiles too fast, then that is what probably alerted the Twitter servers that you might be spamming. If you follow too fast, unfollow, or even send DM's in a certain time frame too fast on Twitter, that is seen by Twitter as spam, and your account may be suspended. Best thing to do is write to Twitter and hope they will give you back your Twitter page, or Twitter page (s), so that you don't lose your followers on Twitter.

You can definitely be more aggressive than 25/day. I recommend starting accounts for all of your websites and things you're trying to promote. Use different tactics with each and see what works, what doesn't, and what will cost you your account. I've gotten to 40k on my primary, have 15k on my two secondaries, and 3k on 5 different accounts. Guess which accounts are likely to get in trouble for aggro following? The 40k never has problems and the 3ks have been suspended twice for following 300 people in a day. Slowly get your number up and expand your activity!

yes your account may get suspended in the case of bulk unfollow if you are not a celebrity
