I don't think that what you are saying will actually will work...I would suggest you to first find the rule that you have violated and rectify it...that's the only way of rolling back i guess...

remove data from your site, add into webmaster tools, ask ask google people to verfiy it, and it will be back normal.

Deleting webmastertools isn't going to solve your problem. You need to try to find the Google rules you have trampled on and make changes to your site. Google is pretty swift in updating their indexes if you do things right. First off, ask yourself..."Am I doing something that is less than scrupulous?"
Are you hiding text? Keyword stuffing? Hiding Divs? Linking to a "bad" place? That type of stuff....
I don't think you need to abandon the domain either.
If you are in a really bad state, PM me and I'll see if I can lend a hand.

I think you have to learn google webmaster volition rules first. Deleting the webmaster tool is not proper solution because webmaster tool is just showing your website states.

Chase down what rule you violated and go from there, find out which rule it is and then just change it to be ok and google will basically update it within about a week.

Have you done any blackhat stuff on the page or off the page? If so, totally ditch that tactic.

Correct anything against G's terms you can.

Submit a reconsideration request. It takes 2-4 weeks to hear back.
