    Mate- did u click those adds u have placed on your site from the same WAN IP? This can be the main cause for banning your google adds.

    And the alternative of Google adsense can be any other affiliate program such as CJ, ping.com etc. Try those, they are well enough in my sense.

    There are a lot of alternatives for adsense, like clicksor, bidvertiser, adbrite and many more
