Hi, I wonder how one can start a PPC Company ? What is required to start such company ? Further, is it a good idea to start a PPC Company focusing on certain niche or certain country ? Please share your views.
Kayak dot com began as vertical ppc serving the travel industry and they pretty much remain the same although they now offer cpm banners and a wide array of products. Often niche search portals are better received / perceived by major premium feed providers and shopping comparison engines are probably the most common ppc niche. And limiting to a certain country could possibly set you apart as being unique. Plenty of ppc networks only deal in traffic from US / CA and i know one who targets the UK alone. Some work in AU / NZ and some in the Russian countries, others in South East Asia only or LATAM only. A few target euro countries only. Basically, you can use feed providers or have your own advertisers or both. Hope it helps
If you're company deals entirely with PPC, I'd start by getting Adwords certification which you can then advertise on your website. Once you have a few clients and proven ROI, you can then use these as case studies to further advertise your services and capabilities. What you need is just clients, and them prove yourself that you can run better PPC campaign for better ROI. after that you will get more work and references in future. You need some expert PPC guys to work for you at-least to support your ppc accounts. I hope you are getting my points.
So you mean to work as a PPC Company, you need good clients who can pay for the advertising ? Please correct me if I am wrong. Also please inform if it is good to start a PPC Network for a specific Country. Further, any suggestions which platform is good for PPC network ?
