Indexing your backlink

Hello Guys,
I see may posts here indicating there backlinks not getting indexed.So,here i give you a method of indexing the backlinks real quick without getting sandboxed.Let me know your reviews:
1.Create a excel sheet of your backlinks with the website name and the URL
2.Use icerocket.com as a RSS feed creator of your backlinks copy and paste all the urls that you have as your backlinks in the rss feed creator of ice rocket
3.Once you have the rss feed created submit your feeds to rss aggregators google "RSS SUBMIT" and you can have your hands on this free software and once installed on your system use the rss feed created and submit it to the aggregators
4.Bookmark your feed with onlywire easy installation again
5.Use any pinger service to ping your feeds
6.Viola... your backlinks get indexed real fast without you being sandboxed and happends real fast as well

i dont think its a good idea to get em all indexed at the same time...

Hmm...It's so quick and easy method of indexing but pretty new. I'm in Little bit doubt that it'll works.
