    Mass Payment can be done to any PayPal account providing that sending PayPal is either Premier/Business.

    Its possible but INDIAN account has few restriction from 1st of March so please check that also ..

    yes its surely possible but if we use is repeatedly then it will also be closed like personal payment in india, so use it only in rare case.

    Yes. This is possible on two conditions.

    The sender has to be a business member and the receiver has to be a verified account holder of PayPal.
