Its booming but I wouldn't say developed, except Shanghai, again have you been to China? I have last October.

 

china is not a developed country in my mind because the 'GDP' is low with china,do you know how many people are extremely poor in china?it is hundred million of people.L can see many poor people when l turn on the tv everyday and they look like so tragic and skinny......They just have a few food,drink,clothes......to use everyday.
l feel very upset when l hear that every timeso l have a promise with me,l would do something to them if l can do when l grow up
Cause that china is not a developed country

 

Maybe,but this is not a good situation in my mind because it is bring too many serious surrounding problem with us~l world rather china is a poor country than accept it to pollute our country.

Yes coming to your quote, yes some people who live near Korea or cities near HongKong are not so familiar with the chinese language, yet they are chinese citizens
However, what Mr. fokerss said above really doesnot make in sense, either he must have wrote it in chinese or his local language and then translated in English from google.... lol !!!!!
