As a first step you might want to sign up for a CPA Network as Advertiser/Merchant. Popular CPA networks are Maxbounty, Azoogle, Peerfly, Neverblue, Hydra and many others. You will be competing with many other Advertisers so in order to attract affiliates to promote your offer you will have to offer either high payouts or easy to convert offers such as email/zip submits.

First, you make need to find any lingerie related blog to join you as your affiliate. Make them sign up as affiliate and start promoting your product.
Search for affiliate programs directories. Once you have completed the search, get registered on those sites and you will be able to start your affiliate marketing program.
CJ is your typical big affiliate network, but look into cpa networks. You'll make more money off of proven tested offers.
