I looking at some Persian sites and saw in most of them youth promise to come to streets and make protest. They say we are suffocated, frustrated and want get back our country.
In recent weeks we had a lot execution but no reaction by international community,
right now a woman went above of a crane in a street of Tehran to encourage people for today protest.

That's quite dangerous and pretty high. Was there anyone tried stopping her when she climbed the crane?

Murdering their own civilians. Horrifying, DISGUSTING I can't find a word in the English vocabulary to describe those bastards and anyone that supports this regime.

I don't think that the point, shes up there to get a reaction from the world... no one is paying attention and there's not enough media coverage.
The shocking point shouldn't be that she climbed the crane, or no one helped her.

the shocking points are the EXECUTIONS that she's encouraging demonstrations for

I'm a news junkie and I haven't heard the first thing about that. I suppose its kind of difficult to get other news when you have every last broadcast and cable news channel doing Egypt 24/7.

I hope they do. It will be interesting to see what Obama has to say about it after Egypt has already fallen.

I didn't say I was shocked. Anyway, why no media coverage? Is the media in Iran scared of the Government?

@Babak - Got a link from the article you were referring to?

you have to search for word of Mullah I guess.

I was wrong that was a man but guess he will severely punish and encourage with worst treatment.
in Iran all the international medias banned to make report from protesters and beside in most of big cities internet blocked so protesters couldn't share their videos. I guess next days they can. where I live internet goes extremely slow although I don't live in an Iranian major city.

I saw this on ABC news here last night, the report said it looks like the Iranians have taken heart with what happened in Egypt and are trying to acheive the same there. It said there were hundreds protesting instead of the thousands of people but it looked like there were thousands protesting in the streets. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I was going to ask if the crowd got bigger would you consider joining them but you're probably best not answering that in such a public forum. Just do it. :)

I'm not sure but rather to don't participate. I love see change in my country but not brave enough, beside dislike revolution's aftermaths.
