Google will eventually crawl the profiles you made. But you can also ping or social bookmarking your profile backlinks.
Put your profile links on your email signature, on your website, on you blog or else where that is personalized for you.
That's a backlink you put on publicly viewable profile pages, usually forum profiles. I do a lot of profile links and I agree with Gonzalod34 ping and bookmarks will make google index them, i do it all the time I just used 2 ping services and 2 bookmark sites for each link, it won't take too much works.
It is considerable to ping your profile links as well, if Google don't index eventually it is useless.
Forget what people are saying about pinging the profiles. That won't do anything. If you want to get them indexed, create an RSS feed out of them, submit them to feedlisting and other aggregators, bookmark the RSS feeds on places like Digg, Mixx, Reddit, and as many social bookmarking websites you can be bothered doing (a good suggestion is Bookmarking Demon. You can submit it to thousands of sites in half an hour. Gets the links indexed in 30-45mins).
