Looks okay, but the top and bottom adds arent that well integrated (they really stand out as adds, maybe thats your intention?)
The first page looks like lots of links, its nice if the user can get information on the first page without having to click through.

 

The links to actual content are the same colour as the ad links, and since you have to get past a wall of ads to find any content in the first place to the casual observer it just looks like an entire page of ads which is obviously something that most visitors will close straight away. I'd be curious to know what sort of bounce rate you're getting.

Maybe have an introduction paragraph on the homepage as others have suggested, then some ads if you really really must, then the rest of your content. But definitely separate the ads from the content a bit more visually if you want people to stay on the page for more than a few seconds.
