Your TOS is bit confusing. If the no of downloads is in large quantities will the account be banned ? Also is softcore sex videos, movies which are not essentially hardcore porn one's not allowed ? Essentially all contents like movies, games, software (except freeware, linux app) most are somewhat copyrighted materials.
