The fastest way index page in google is using Digg. Just Gigg your page and it will be in google after 10-15 min.

I think you should use Social Networks. You can submit your new page to them and Google will index your site faster. Also you can use ping service to ping your site too.

Social networks you can use: Facebook, Digg, Twitter, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Google buzz

    :)

I always ping both my main URL and my new post URL. For me it's effective.

I do both because in my mind my main URL is being updated, as well. Keep in mind your blog software MAY be pinging your main URL for you, depending on what you're running, but don't leave that to chance if you're unsure.

Create a backlink of your new page at a high PR link and your page would be indexed within 24 hours.

It takes time to make your new added page be indexed by search engines. Like others said, you should submit it to authority social bookmark sites like Digg, Reddit etc for faster indexing.

Put adsense on your site! That works. Otherwise, get backlinks from Article submission or Twitter, or Friend feed, etc.
