There is a minus point in your method, '1st download & after that get password'.
There will be occasions when people download a 1 GB video and then try to get
password from you to open it. Then only they will know that there are no surveys
for their country. Who will pay for their effort?
Remember that there are more than 240 countries in the world.
Do you provide surveys for all of them? No... Several people will not get it.

But, I like your method.....
In the site mgcash.com, you are not giving any info about the survey available countries etc.

 

If you carry about you users, you can filter your traffic with TDS. We have surveys or sms for over 80 countries, but ofcourse noone will make surveys for india, china and such countries , so you can redirect this kind of traffic with TDS anywhere you want.
