About Alipay in China

I am going to expand my business to China, nobody else wants to ignore such a big market, do I have to open a bank account in China before use Alipay?

Any agents here in China to collect my money in China with Alipay and wire transfer the money to me?

 

I try to do the same as well. It is easy to register the alipay account but it is hard to get verified for non-China member
