weird development with ftp...I upload like 5 files and only 2 go through and not in order. The 2nd file out of 5 and the 5th out of 5 went through but not the rest.

 

Not sure if this is allowed but the following forum is conducting a poll of 'the best file hosts'. Its going to run for 5 days and after that, only the 5 highest ranked will be allowed on the site.

Filesonic is currently in 5th place....

I just checked and oron is ahead of FS. How can this be?? Most links on the forum seem to be either hotfile, filesonic, or fileserve with oron barely on the map. I guess people have to vote yet. It looks like FS is a major advertiser on pornbb also and it would be crazy for it to be banned. Strange.

 

Come on guys! Vote for FileSonic. Oron should definitely not be ahead of us!

What happened in last 24 hours? Uploaded files only partially shown ;/

 

I believe it is problem of infrastructure, the site is growing, but the system and hardware is not keeping growth. The site needs investment from both sides, if not the dissatisfied customers will start to appear.

 

Last days my RU is taking so long....Hours with "Pending"...From rapid and mega!

 

Most downloaders wont vote for filesonic, FS is very unpopular among them.
Hope more FS affiliate will vote.

 

A lot od downloaders don't like Filesonic. I don't know why. For me Fileserve and Rapishare suck.

 

fileserve is not bad. I don't download from it often but as a free user its pretty good. agree rapidshare is terrible, but so is Oron. I hope filesonic wins, I voted already.

 

does anyone know if ftp is back to working smoothly? I've wasted enough time with it this morning

 

Fileserve is slow. Hotfile and Filesonic is faster. Rapidshare now sucks. I got several ridicilous error message when downloading like "IP address modified", WTF is that? Oron is also slow, but I see a lot people use Oron in pbb

to be honest, filesonic gives me some really slow download speeds sometimes. maybe it's my location but it seems like it is all or nothing on filesonic downloads for me. Either like 1.2 or 1.3 MB/sec or 55kb/sec. Big time hit or miss.
