I sent my site information to the service provider and got his report about 3 days later, and he explained to me it was due to my wanted title was rejected by Ezine, which is the reason of delay, fair enough.

Overall the article is written in high quality, about one week past the ezine article page in Google.com is "Page 3 of about 205,000,000 results" for a competitive keyword, I will keep an eye on it and see if it will improve further. (if you or somebody knows how to improve it, please PM me, thanks.)
