How long does it take to get approved?

I filled out an application over a week ago and I haven't heard one thing from them yet? Am I missing something here?

It can longer a month . You shoud wait mail Google , many people register with adsense . They can't compele in 2-4 days .

You should give them a call. If you can speak well on the phone, your application will probably be approved in within 2 - 3 days.
