need help with adsense account

I applied for a adsense account and i got this reply

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Issues:

- Domain ownership not evident

Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your
ownership of the site you've submitted. Please follow the steps below:
- Access the source code of your website.
- Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my
ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense
program policies and Terms and Conditions."
- Resubmit the application as described below after replacing the
current URL in the 'Website URL' field with the URL of the page where
you have pasted the snippet.


What Should I do? Please help

 

The google adsense need your confirm

 

have you follow the google rules?
whether the domain is new?

 

looks like you need to confirm you own the site, by placing a code on the site normally by in your html/backend of site or by loading up a file, this should be on the page and explained by Google while you are there.....

 

Many are getting this kind of error those who are applying for adsense......from past one week

 

You should do what you were told to do, what part of that email from google wasn't clear to you?
